Customer Success Manager

Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne

cosmedcloud is a rapidly growing health start-up with a new platform for managing cosmetic medicine clinics from small clinics to medium size and through to large national groups. We require success managers to assist with the next phase of our growth.

Job Description:
The role of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to drive on-boarding, product usage and adoption by providing support, communication, training, demos, and implementation help. The CSM acts as the internal advocate for customers and prospects. The CSM will strive to continually improve, develop and implement business processes which ensure consistent and continuing success for our customers. The CSM will also work closely with clinic owners, doctors, nurses, admin staff, sales, marketing and product development teams to ensure flawless execution of the support and implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers and product support.
  • Manage account and device activation.
  • Develop and manage support and on-boarding process.
  • Conduct periodic proactive health checks of customer accounts.
  • Advise customers in how to get the most from the company’s systems.
  • Drive customer on-boarding and retention.
  • Deliver training and demos.
  • Undertake regular customer and prospect communication including release notes, newsletters, etc.
  • Manage documentation library ensuring accuracy of guides, FAQ’s, knowledge base, etc.
  • Manage administration and customer billing and systems.
  • Ensure on time and accurate customer billing.
  • Provide input to the product testing and quality assurance process.
  • Provide support to the sales, finance and marketing team.
Skills:
  • Appropriate qualifications or experience.
  • Cosmetic medicine clinic experience highly regarded.
  • IT, Finance, Operations/Process backgrounds highly regarded.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in support, marketing or other customer advocacy roles.
  • Proven track record in the areas of customer support and process management.
  • Sound commercial acumen and ability to influence.
  • Highly developed problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Strong people skills
Nice to have skills:
  • Interest in medical / healthspace technologies.
  • Experience with embedded technologies.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours to support our national customer base.
  • An understanding of web development techniques and a general interest in health technologies.

Software Developer

Whilst you will be working closely with our experienced developers, you should be a problem solver, able to think outside the box, and work independently when required. You will be expected on both our Web & Mobile apps further developing the feature set and improving stability. You will join the team as a C#.Net React Full Stack Developer and be given the chance to take ownership, drive and influence whilst working on existing cutting-edge products.
You must have experience with:

  • C# and .NET experience ( minimum 3 years commercial experience )
  • T-SQL
  • Git
  • Javascript
  • Experience with React ( minimum 2 years commercial experience)
  • Expert knowledge of JavaScript & HTML5/CSS3 and the expertise to fuse these with modern web development practices
The role is based in Brisbane and whilst full time is preferable, we would consider part time, and open to either employee or contractor.
